"Could you please pray especially for an event which I hope will be pivotal for youth work among the 450 Brethren assemblies in this Luapula province; hardly any of which have a youth group, yet. Next week these churches will have a province-wide assembly conference, which several thousand people normally attend. I am organizing two sessions for this conference, which will explain youth work and strongly promote it. It's something which has to be done. So many youth are dying of AIDS, are leaving their church, often for non-evangelical ones, or don't even have enough spiritual interest to buy a Bible; but their potential could be enormous. The sessions will be led by group discussion leaders, all very committed to youth work. Please pray for this as it's planned and carried out."
